Members

 Qing H. Meng, PhD, MD, DABCC, FADLM (chair of Asia-Pacific Subcommittee), is professor and section chief of Clinical Chemistry and Special Chemistry Laboratories, Department of Laboratory Medicine at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Anu S. Maharjan, PhD, DABCC, NRCC, FADLM, is an assistant professor of pathology and laboratory medicine and director of Clinical Chemistry Laboratory at UConn Health, Farmington, Conn.

Khushbu Patel, PhD, FADLM, is an associate professor in the department of clinical pathology and laboratory medicine at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine and medical director of core laboratory and point-of-care testing at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Her areas of interest include emerging biomarkers and IVD technologies as well as pediatric clinical chemistry, lab stewardship, automation and informatics.

Robert Rej, PhD, is associate professor of biomedical sciences at the State University of New York at Albany, School of Public Health and has over four decades of experience as director of Clinical Chemistry & Hematology, Wadsworth Center for Laboratories and Research, New York State Department of Health in Albany, N.Y. 

He Sarina Yang, PhD, DABCC (CC, TC), FADLM, is an associate professor of clinical pathology and laboratory medicine, medical director of clinical chemistry and toxicology laboratory, co-director of the ComACC-accredited fellowship program at NewYork Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medicine.

Consultants

Y. Victoria Zhang, MBA, PhD, DABCC, FADLM, is professor, vice chair for clinical enterprise, and division chief for clinical chemistry in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of Rochester Medical Center. She currently serves on the Association for Diagnostics & Laboratory Medicine's (formerly AACC's) board of directors as treasurer.
